Help - Anyone can identify what year spare tire this is for?

I was cleaning out the shed this weekend and found this spare. 

I'm pretty sure it is for a E Body, but don't remember for which year.   Anyone can help with this?  Looks to be an original tire in good condition also

On the tire is has  -   A8NCK1DF   (can't find anything via google)

The tire size is F78-14

Yes it is.  In really good shape also.

Based on the little white books,

A8 = 28th week of 1970 (manufacturing date of the tire)
NC = Jackson (manufacturing plant, not sure what state)
K1 = Size (not explained further)
DF = Type (not explained further)

I take it if I look for a part number on the wheel then can figure out what year E body it was on?

Part number and date codes on the wheel would help.

On the front by the stem it has M30    9     (stem)   17

On the back on the center ring, it has      B    M30

I don't see anything else.

If I'd have known you were at the ready I'd have deferred to your expertise.  It just so happens I keep the three books right by my keyboard for whatever reason and had just looked something else up so the right pages were already opened.    

D'ya think a wheel part number would really help identify whether this was a B- or E-body spare?  I suppose the lug spacing would rule out A-body...

Whatever it was, I'd say it's from the 1971 model year.



*Edit*  According to this linked page from Barry's site, it could have come from a '71 B-body with a /6, 318 and some 383 cars or a /6, 318, 340 or 383 E-body in any of the available trim types.

Here is a pic of a 68 dated wheel for a 69

The number under the M is the year. In this case an 8 for 68

The numbers on each side of the valve stem are month/day   -   in this case Nov. 6th

Starting with the 70 model year the part number started appearing as well - it would be stamped above the valve stem in this pic.
