A real man would bang the wife then take the car.

This will help

Now go get the damn car!

Just leave the mans dog along. He would probably go to war over that.

Ha. That's a good one.
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

Ya know I was thinking ,he would probably let you take the wife before the car.

Was just listed on Craigslist today:

That's It! Well I will check with them tomorrow. That is a different phone # Than the Lady I talked to the other day. Maybe her Husband put it up for sale.
I pointed to two old drunks sitting across the bar from us and told my friend
"That's us in 10 years".
He said "That's a mirror, dip-shit!

Yes. And often  :yesnod:

I guess the guy understood that the wife would sell it away cheap, so he better move fast and get some cash for beer from it. if its less than 15k and everything checks out, buy it. doesnt look too much of a project from the pics, if you can do the metalwork yourself.

Could be a decent car. Rear end looks really rusty though..

Early build 69 with black door buttons, has head rests. Looks like a white interior so probably a white top car.

The bumble bee stripe isn't correct so make sure you check the VIN to be sure it is an R/T. Could be a repaint, or a Stripe Delete car to get the wrong stripe on there.

If you go print out the fender tag decoder info from the 69 Registry site and check out its options...

The plot thickens. She just called me back and I asked her about the Craigslist ad. She had no idea it was up for sale there. The phone # in the ad is his. She told me she will get it straightened out and call me then. Its almost like a bad joke!  :scratchchin:

She just called back and I think something is strange. She now tells me the title is still in the original owners name, They never changed it to theirs. So basically its an open title up for grabs.  She said  call the # in the ad and see what he has to say about the car. Then she just text me her work phone #! This whole deal is very weird.   :image_294343:

Has anyone here contacted him?

You're talking about the one that was on Phoenix craigslist?

68coronetGLwannabe

Well from what I hear now the car is not for sale again. She said they would keep my # and let me know when or if it goes back up for sale.  :popcrn:

They put it on craigs list without calling you :scratchchin: I'm sure they will call next time :rotz:  I had a local wrestling coach who came up to me and asked if I used to have a plumb Crazy 67 barracuda.  when I told him I did he said he had bought it and found an old registration with my name on it.  I said if you ever get ready to sell let me know first.  He said I had the first shot.  a couple of years ago I saw him at a tournament and aske how the car was.  He said Oh I had to sell that afew months ago :slap:
