I bought a set for my 68 Charger project. I was wondering if the back set would fit since the previous owner had already installed a repopped set of rear quarters about 8 years ago, probably Goodmark's.
Well I have several issues, not just one. The first is two of the mouldings have some pitting.

Second problem is the rear set. I know my quarter panels are repopped but this pic is taken looking at the front side of the passenger one. There is a big dip right above the bend for the body line. It actually looks worse than the pic shows. No way this will work.

Last problem. Fitment for front moulding. The bend for the rear dog leg is not near enough. The last pic I put a piece of tape where the bend is in the moulding for the front body line. It's 2-5/8" above the body line. These are the original fenders.

The rears look like they are for a Coronet/Super Bee...

I'd call Metro & see if they can do a return or swap for you.

I agree with the other poster.  The rear wheel openings are off a 68-70 Coronet.   Ask the company to replace them for the correct set.

Talked with Metro today. They're taking them back and will credit my card.
