yeah i kind of figured around $1,000 to $1,200. i know a guy who had one shipped from cal. to ohio last year. i think he had around a $1,000 into it.... that's the part that stinks. can't find anything decent around here so you have to head west to get a good car.... :pity: :pity:

I'm from the burgh area too and this is the Mopar wasteland. There is nothing around here reasonable. If you find something it's either junk,or costs 4x as much as anywhere else and sometimes both.People seem to think if it's old, it's worth money.

I'm from the New Kensington area, NE about 25 miles from the burgh.I have a 73 Hardtop.I know of one 73 in a junkyard and it has a Ford Escort on top of it and is pretty much picked over.I'm also looking for a cheap Dart or something just to drive( a beater) and you can't even find them here anymore.

FedEx has an ad in the current issue of Hemmings Motor News. They use fully enclosed transports. The phone number is 800-734-2601, the website is passport.fedex.com.

I also have a car I would like to ship from california to Western NY.  Which is 30 mins from the northern PA border and toward the west part of NY.

Maybe we could get a package deal?
