Is it a 3 wheeler like a Cushman ? or a track type vehicle like a snow cat ?, it kind of looks like it has a small tire in front, can't really tell from all the grass & weeds growing around it blocking the view...

That "Chassis by Dodge" emblem looks like the ones they used to put on motor homes. I wonder if somebody pulled it off of an old motor home and stuck it on the front of this doodle-bug thingie...  :scratchchin:

It has a motorcycle type engine with 4 or 5 gears.   It has a clutch pedal, brake pedal and gas pedal.

If nothing else, I'd plop that cab on a golf cart chassis. I have an EZ-GO with a utility bed and bullbar/ winch that needs the cab!
