I too bought a set from the dealer 10 years ago for chump change. Wish I could find another set. Please post here if they do go forward and make them - I will probably even buy a spare set.

The front Val lenses would be a great thing to have" back ups" for in case the ones we are running now get popped.

As too the taillight lenses it is going to cost $2500 JUST to get the molds made. The only difference I wsa told would be the year date on the lenses. ( they said they can not do it with 73 74 dates ) but it will have the same part numbers and correct inside pattern. I told them the year didnt matter being they are not to be sold as NOS.  I'm still looking for a cheaper maker for the lenses.

I paid about $180.00 plus shipping for my NOS ones on Ebay last year......and that was a bargain! :-\ I would consider buying repos but I would have to take a good look at them and check to see the overall quality and fit.

I would definitely would buy some.  I still have alot of NOS turn signal lenses (valance).  I would buy some new ones.  I hate spidered and cracked lenses.  That would be a decent buy for $78.00.  Yes, I remember when you can buy a pair of sills for $20.00, wheel lips for $20.00 each, and $15.00 for the turn signal lenses.  It's incredible what these things cost now.

Just think if all the people that had 71-4 Chargers and Bees bought a pair!  There are alot of cars out there that need them so someone make them!

I sent Russ the link to our poll, so he can see the interest :icon_smile_big: and I asked him if he'd consider 73-74 tailights as well.
He answered me back, that the taillights are on his list to repro as well, and as soon as he fills his current orders etc he'll begin work on the new stuff.
MTF...
