Auction description notes this is a "second chance offer" auction. I don't recall seeing this one before.
So what's the opinion on WIW in it's current condition?

It needs way to much $$$$ put into it to bring it up to today's standards.I will give him $25 grand and drive it the way it is !!!!!!

I doubt it's worth the 140K, but I think to someone just wanting a decent driver - $100K should not be out of the question

wrong engine-trans along with color and the auto will hold it back to most

How do those screens install? I don't see any holes for screws or bolts on them.

They are spot-welded to the underside of the fender.  No holes for screws or bolts, as you've already noticed.

I do not disagree, tons of rework (or drive all the time)... Call me when it works out for you and I would be interested in doubling your money in a wk.........

Not trying to be mean or anything but based on what other Daytona's are being advertised for and obviously not selling at those prices I'd have to say that this one would be in the range of $75-85K tops. And that would be what he could get out of it. The owner is probably hoping to get at least $100-115K out of the car but I just don't see it happening anytime in the next year or so at that asking price.
