Hello everyone got a few questions. I found a 69 Charger looks like the original black paint and very solid from what little I could see, due to it have a car cover. No motor, trans was there don't know if it was original. Now it had torque boxes which brings me to my question. In 1969 were torque boxes installed on only hemi chargers? I do not have any tag info/vin yet. My next question is what would a original black 69 charger body be worth in today's market. Thanks  :2thumbs:

Tilar

Very little... Where is it?  :D

Actually without seeing what all is there and the condition it's in, it would be hard to say.

Oh, and I seem to remember reading that torque boxes, while meant for the hemi engine were installed in a few 440 cars. I've been wrong at least 3 times in my life so someone may chime in with more (accurate) information.

No VIN? Check behind the windshield, upper radiator support (driver's side) or under the trunklid seal (driver's side). fender tag still there?

MeanGreen

No I said there was a cover over it so I did not have access.

Here is the pic I took.
