Does anyone know where I can get the brass ground strap and rubber mounting pads for a 1974 2 speed wiper motor. The ground strap is broken on mine. I've circled them in the photo.

I found the bushings on Rockauto.com. Dorman part# 49450 for anyone else that needs them. They are only $2.88 for the three. Now if I could only find that ground strap.

$24 to ship to Canada??  Mounting grommets???  You're kidding right?  $13.50 flat rate padded envelope     The dorman grommets aren't "factory correct".  The grommets in a 2 speed motor are cone shaped and the metal inserts are MUCH longer to go through the cone shaped grommets.  I've not found a supplier for the two speed grommets but some people have told me that they've modified the flat ones, actually using two per hole, inserting the metal inserts and they're off to the races, so to speak

Kim is totally right. I picked up the Dorman grommets before I read her post and they aren't even close. The hole in the metal insert is way too small to fit over the studs. Don't waste your money on these. I thought mine were cracked, but when I pressed them out paint flaked off. It turns out they were painted over and are in great shape under the paint. Thanks for the offer Kim, I'll send you an email. Maybe I should bench test the motor first.

Bench testing would probably be a good idea, it's not that difficult...how about that ground strap??  I have those if you're in need, dont really put them on my website because I don't sell them out, but when someone needs one, hey what am I gonna do?  I can get that off between two small pieces of thin cardboard in an envelope and charge you only, ohhhhh, 23.50 for shipping?      I'm kidding....whatever the cost is to get the letter to you.  I hate it when someone holds you hostage with postage because you're over a border....ANY border.
