I have a body shop person that cannot get the back window trim to clip down.
It sticks up. I had the window installed with butal tape, taken out then polyurethane in now. the
trim not right, the corners stick up. Anyone have any suggestions or had this same problem? How can this be fixed?
I can email you more pictures to see. I can give you the phone number of my body shop guy you can
talk too. 5 mopar guys looked at and said they don't know how to fix, but I know there's someone
here that can help and has the answer.

I need your help!

Swap sides with the corner moldings.....

If you look at the moldings there is a longer & shorter side...hard to see but they are definitely different

The longer side goes up the side of the roof & the shorter side goes at the bottom.

Looking at your pics they look reversed...(long side along bottom & short side up along the roof...)

Switch sides with the moldings & you should be good to go...

Special thanks to all. Will do! Will let you know what happens. :)

I've noticed it also helps to put a few pieces together first, even crimp them.., then set it into the clips.

yeah  , the bottom & sidetop parts slide into the corners , although sometimes the edge that with a lip that allowes this to happen sometimes gets opened out  , by incorrect installing methods !  , can easily be tweaked back into shape ,
clip the bottom  part in , but not full seated , leave the ends sticking up higher a little slide the corners on  , slide the side / upper into the corner , &  just lightly push down , not fully en gauging the clips ,  can hold the parts together with tape , when in place , push down to full seat the trim in the clips ,

, make sure the revel clips are spaced correctly to hold the corners

put a dab of grease in the moulding clips , will help ,

what work did the body shop do ? :popcrn:
