70 Superbird Headlights

 I'm trying to hook up the vacuum lines to the headlight vacuum pods. There is 2 lines by each pod. One line is hooked up the the pod, but where does the other one go?    Thanks, Thom

The vacuum pod has a hose fitting on each end,one to open,one to close.
