After fussing around with my pesky 89 Cherokee quite a lot electrically (Renix sensors/senders for injection.) one of the guys on the Jeep forum told me of a handy gimmick you can make. Take an old accessory plug that fits in the cigarette lighter socket and adapt it so you can hook your meter to it. Now you can check whats going on while cranking or running around.
