Finally i can pick up my 69 R/T 4-speed in the harbour.

I took quite some time,but today i've got the call.

Now,i hope the seller fixed the things he promised me,before it went for shipping.
I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Congratulations!

I know exactly the excited feelings you are experiencing.

I first thought, however, when I saw the topic heading, that my wife had opened an account and she was craftily reminding me of our wedding anniversary....

I guess I had better move that task up on my list of things to do....

But,bad news today.It isn't cleared from customs yet.It takes longer than they said it would.

Now i made a new appointment for next monday.
Well,i guess i have to wait wait just a little bit longer

First i want to get her ready for the DMV and get it licensed.
Than in wintertime give her a paintjob and have the bumpers,gascap etc. rechromed.
My goal is to have her done by next spring to enjoy the hell out of her.

I renamed the files and tried several things,but it just doesn't work.

I typically change the name of the file to a short sentence that describes the photo (with no spaces in the name) and that way I get a unique file name and when I am selecting the file I don't have to try to figure out which one it is.

Well,
i put new gas in it and took it for a little spin yesterday.It's starting to run better an better.
At the end i slammed on the throttle and what happend next was beyond awesomeness

Man,this thing is fast,very fast.

My neighbour has a old very rare ford capri turbo ( i believe 200 were made ),and he wants to go dragrace me.

But first i have to go to the dmv to get it licensed.

Congrats! if you find yourself waking up in the middle of the nigh, and going out to the garage to stare at it, don't worry it,s completly normal. Chargers have that effect on many of us
