1 st daytona AKA Dale Reeker car 287970 started of as a F6 SE Daytona 2007 FS ad
This 1969 Dodge Daytona SE is very special, says its Walkerton, Indiana seller. He states in his ad copy that it is the first Daytona built at Creative Industries, the aftermarket company which fashioned the Daytonas for Dodge. He says it is a numbers matching 440, 4-speed car with a build sheet.

First for the US ?
i had galen do a full inspection of the car and he said based on date codes it was a late feb. early march build

Hey Gary Resnick

I did not mean your car - I was commenting on the first U.S. shipped one.

Well,,, Glad to make your acquintance here Mr. Rizek..........  lol  Guess I'll have to read up on my issue of the ole' MMG. We have a lot of magazine people here. I'm in this Fall's issue of Motor Trend Classic.......  But, I got lucky, they got my name correct, but.............. I ended up having daughters instead of a daughter. I'm still trying to figure out who my other girls are..... :)

I see where "For the first time since the eighties, John Rizek is bringing his unrestored '69 Daytona out for a special event. This is believed to be the 1st Daytona ever built, and it'll be on display at MCG's Paul Wilson Memorial Moparty at The Slippery Noodle Inn on September 23, 2011."

How did it go?
