AMD Front Bumperettes - Are they Ok?

Has anyone bough these  (1969) and can provide a review? Do they appear the same as stock? I'm asking because 50%+ of the repro stuff I have purchased over the years has not been that good.

If anyone has a driver quality used set, I would prefer original. PM me here.

I recently changed my rechromed orig front bumper & bumperettes for an AMD piece.....

The originals are much heavier and the chrome much better.   The fit on the bumperettes was marginal at best....had to do a bit of grinding to get them to sit flush....

Why did you change them if you already had the original rechromed?

Seriously though they were re-done about 10+ years ago & were showing their age.  They didnt "match" the new bumper either.   The rechromed bumper never fit right (tweaked)...that was the reason for the swap

As much as I like AMD stuff their bumpers and bumperettes for 68-69 chargers don't fit very well.

I purchased a full set and they were promptly returned.

I have an original pair of front bumperettes.  They have light scratches but they're not bad.
