I see Mobil 1 is available in 0W-40 weight. That would help lube on cold starts. Anyone running it in older design engines inplace of 10W-40?

I have had good luck with their 5w-30 oil in our normal cars and I run 15W-50 in the 440 with Comp cams additive.

I'm of the opinion that the zero weight oils were developed to manipulate CAFE numbers (and for the newer MDS), I'd never use them in an older car.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.

Yeah, I always use 20/50 myself. Nice oil pressure.  ;D
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.
