Some punk vandalized my charger!!!!!UPDATE NEW ROOF INSTALLED.

I went out crusin on sunday,made a couple of stops along the way and when i got back home i noticed the damage. looks like someone took a knife or screwdriver to remove the emblem. But looking at Elamars pics its not too bad.

The punk that took it will be easy to spot. He'll be the Jackwagon with his pants fallin off, his hat on sidways and a nice shinny new "Charger" necklace. He'll most likely be the "tough guy" who weighs in at about a buck twenty and has more pimples than the kid running the fry at micky D's.

That really sucks!  I got keyed once for no reason the first week I had mine.  At times these cars can be sitting targets for determined assholes.  I try not to let that worry me too much because there's only so much you can do about it.  But it's bullshit and I don't quite understand the random malice.

makes me sick !! when i see something like this happening !! had a few vandal scratches & name plates pryed off  daily drivers years back  , a couple of times !! ,  although  i did leave them out of site for a while  when fishing & stuff !! but still not what you expect !!

why split the vinyl like that just to get the name plate off  ,

Sorry about your Charger...When I last went to the Mopar Nats (when it was at Indy), some jerk tried to steal a real spoiler off a 71-72 Charger. They really damaged the trunk lid and never did get the spoiler off.
You would think Mopar guys would take care of theit own.

So sorry to see that.  Years ago some kids busted out both side windows of my 64 Cutlass (hardtop with a 330 4bbl) just to steal an $80 stereo.  It was a bitch to find the glass.  Hadn't they ever heard of a coat hanger?

That's the major reason why I'm really scared to drive my car more.  I would love to drive it a ton more, but there are too many assholes out there.

1. Get a white marker pen.
2. Draw an arrow on your top to the damage.
3. Write "Stolen emblem. Reward $100. If you see the punk with it, call (cell#) and pin him down until I get there".
4. Drive it for awhile just like that.

Did ya ever see the movie "Casino"? There's a scene where they catch a cheater and take a hammer to his hand. Sounds reasonable for this situation. I really am sorry about what happened to your car.
