package tray extension rust

Anybody ever deal with rust in the package tray extensions? Basically the part that extends from the package tray to the inner structure of the body...any tips? Thanks

can you post some pics to see how bad it is? Probably going to have to make some patches for it if it is not to bad.

Mine is crispy.

Have not got the 1/4s cut off it yet to see how bad. This is 1 area I would not mind having patched as you will never see it. Worse case AMD sells a new package tray. I assume it must be the whole piece with the extensions as all their parts are awesome.
