1968 charger grill question

Is the grill from a 1968 318 Charger painted the same a a 1968 Charger R/T? What are the correct colors for a 1968 Charger R/T grill? Thanks in advance.

That brings me to a subject that allways cracks me up, all these people saying hear is pictures of my
restored RT grille. They are the same darn grille, same paint, same color just one little emblem is
not the same.
The silver is an argent silver, there are many suppliers out there that have a great match on the color
Eastwood being one of them.

The reason I`m asking is because I`ve seen them painted all black and I`ve seen them with all the vertical lines painted silver. Which is correct?

The original way came painted silver, some paint them black because they think it looks better, or more mean.
