Just received word that my car (68 R/T), has been chosen as a "dressing vehicle" for the latest Tom Hanks,Halle Berry :drool5:  movie Cloud Atlas, which is filming scenes in Glasgow in a couple of weeks. Glasgow being converted into San Francisco for the scenes. There may be driving parts available as well
Should be a fun few days.

Glasgow was converted into Philidelphia a couple of weeks ago for the Brad Pitt movie World War Z, I guess it must be a good bit cheaper for the film companies to do this. Glasgow has a good grid system which a lot of US cities share, so I think that's a big factor in the Dear Green Place being popular.

Wow congrats!!  Take lots of pics to share

If it's anything like my time on the set of "The Box"

http://www.imdb.com/video/imdb/vi2447835673/

It'll be a long day. But hell, we got paid for use of the cars as well as extra (that's me walking by the car as the cops come by) and they fed us.

My 67 is in the scene where the staties come screaming down the hill to the house where the woman has been murdered in her livingroom.
