Just a friendly question...............why won't some members reveal their location?
I enjoy seeing where members come from...........it's a big world, but often when I click on a members profile to check, the location is left blank. I'm not interested in the members home address, but the state and country would be nice. I just find it interesting to see what part of the world all the members come from.
Does anyone else feel the same?  :scratchchin:

I can't believe the many who don't put down thier age. Like it's some kind of big secret or something....

No big secret for me, I just didn't add it when I signed up a couple of years ago.  I am not really on any other forums and didn't know I'd still be on here now(very addictive), I just never updated it later.  Also, I don't post much personal information on the internet anyway.  Of the 10,251 registered members, it appears only a percentage in the single digits post anything(which is fine, neither did I for a long time).  Some seem to be a closer knit group than others and post more, from talking with some of them and reading their posts, you can usually figure out what general area they are in.  I assume it wouldn't matter being in a profile with no posts to relate a location or age to.

I can understand the geographical curiosity, but I guess the majority are on here for the info on Chargers, pics, parts or events.  With a smaller amount on here for all the above, in addition to off-topic subjects and socialization.

If you relate on a subject or have input, I am not sure age matters.  It is not match.com after all.  But, I am an Aquarius.  ;)

Well, I just can't stand it when the forum is bombarded with fifty million questions about god knows what that has been asked the same fifty million times, only to find out the forum is being used by some kid who's some 17 Y/O trying to settle an arguement with his buddies.

Makes 'ya feel like your waisting your time, kinda like when someone posts a Sarcastic reply ;)..

I can understand where you are coming from on an excessive number of repeat or useless posts.  Only the last sentence of mine was a weak attempt at sarcastic humor, the rest was trying to answer the OP's question, as I see it.  Some people are more mature than others, no matter what age they are, is all I meant.  I am not sure what qualifies as a waste of time or not, with some of the topics.  I would not want to deter an up and coming Mopar enthusiast or fellow forum member based on their age, rather than the content of their posts.

I do. I think it's the coolest part of this forum that I have met so many great guys from around the world, especially a bunch of you Aussies (and Kiwis too). Let alone a bunch more great folks from around the USA.

I was born in Croatia, my family migrated to Adelaide South Australia when I was 1. I have lived there all my life but moved to Roxby Downs South Australia - a mining town that services Olympic Dam mine which is in the heart of the state in the outback and soon to be one of the largest open cut mines in the world! I will do a 4 year stint up there (living there with my wife and kids) then move back to Adelaide and fly in/fly out with work. My Charger lives here too! It is one of the only places left where you can leave your door unlocked!

I'm not afraid of people knowing where I live as I am proud of my country and state!

Oh, and I jus turned 37 on Aug 31st!
