I know the feeling, I had a huge warehouse to use for my building projects before I moved from the Bay Area, now only a small 18'x19' 2 garage...  I have to move my 99 4x4 Dakota out every time I want to work on the 68 RR, pain in the butt some times, especially if it's snowing or I need the doors open to work on something, I need to move both cars out & then move car over, I don't really like leaving my cars outside at all, rain snow sun sap from the trees etc... I have a couple of carports that 1 is 42'x28' I store a 16' boat, 2002 F-350 dually & fifth wheel trailer, I am going to convert into my workshop when my elderly Pops quits RV-ing in a couple of years from now... My old house before I moved to Sonora was much better for projects, I really miss my old shop & garage...

I haven't worked on it much in 5 years, it's been swamped in the old little garage and I basically gave up trying, couldn't even get to it most of the time.
Now I should be able to work on it easily, once I get my shop set up....

I made most of the parts myself that needed fabbing, my headers, exhaust, dash, tubular A arms, Wilwood conversion, EFI fuel setup, mounts, brackets, bodywork... you name it, I've tried! lol
I even made my own fuel cell!

I have to get my Charger together and then I'll be plugging away again.

That's the Charger's engine- 440, a little over 9 to 1 measured static compression, .525" lift Comp Cam, Hedman hedders, ported 906 heads, CH28 intake and two Edelbrock 500 carbs. It has a 727 and 8 3/4 with 4.10s.

The rear rubber is 12.50/28/15 ET Streets.

The Charger?

It's never been for sale... My buddy knows the original owner, he bought it from him about 5 years ago. Time went by, he bought a different car, and I asked about the Charger. He sold it to me.
I've had it for about 6 months.

It sat inside a garage most of the time from 1967 until 2006, and wasn't driven much for the last 10+ years.

I've thought about it and decided that it's best if you let me test drive the car for a few weeks once you've finished it... just to gather some scientific data and make sure everything is okay.
