I have hundreds of Whys
there is the old drive on a parkway & park on a driveway ?
But here is a good one all the new cars are concerned about escaping gas fumes to the point where new vehicles pressure test the system while running .......... so what happens to 20 gallons of space in the fuel tank when you refill it .Nice to have the added cost of these redundant system added to new vehicles !!

Why pay to put nitrogen in your tires did you use a vacuum pump & remove the air already in the tires  first ??

If I understand, here in California the fumes are recaptured in the second fill up hose -- have been for years.  But how come armored cars are having bags of money falling out on the streets.  I read about that about once a year and yet it seems so improbable.  Kim
