What else do I need?

Well I'm gonna buy a new carb/intake in the next couple of days.  I'm going from a 2bbl Carter to an Eddy 4bbl 600cfm (#1406), along with an Eddy performer intake (#2176).  They're going on my 318 auto.  Now I'm not the smartest guy around, so I'm looking for help in what else I'll need for the conversion.  Do I need a new throttle cable bracket? different kick down linkage?  If so, what's is it I'll need?

First, be sure to get the correct Mopar throttle lever extension (Edelbrock #1481) for that 1406.

Because the 4-barrel throttle lever is further forward than the 2-barrel was the upper link in the TP linkage will need to be lengthened..Edelbrock has threaded extensions that will work with some linkages.

So, is the throttle lever extension all that's needed or do I need a threaded extention as well as Edelbrock part #1481?  Again, I'm pretty new about this so I've got to be walked through this.
