How do you remove this horn ring??  I have been trying for the last hour.

If it is like a 2nd Gen you just need to push down on the horn center while you turn it counter-clockwise. It should unlock and come right off. If not then what have you tried to get it off?  :scratchchin:

I have tryed to push and turn, just turn, pull.....        That thing will not come off.  I looked for any screws....     NONE.  What in the world holds that horn ring on????????????   It is on a 1969 Road runner.

I found this on moparts...don't know if it's correct but worth a try...

"you need to pop the road runner emblem out to get to the bolt."

Yep, pop the center plastic emblem to get at the bolt underneath...
