Superbird wrecked after Woodward Cruise... Arrrrrgh!

Apparently, this car was written off...and ended up on Coparts.com!
And sold for $30K!!

I missed seeing it there, somehow!

Does anybody have the pictures from when it was on that site?

From the link : "Flagged down via CarDomain, the Superbird was reportedly exiting Woodward Avenue when it smacked the rear-end of a Silverado pickup and was then rear-ended itself."
So the bird was the first to hit the guy in front of him, and then he got hit from behind.  . sounds like a sudden stop by the truck in front of him then.  Or the bird driver was not paying attention...   

To set the record straight. As a family member of the women driving the bird. This is the story. She was sitting stopped at a light behind 2 other vehicles, as well as 3 vehicles stopped at the light next to her. It was a 68 year old man that that drove right into the back of the superbird never hitting the brakes. (Obviously not seeing the big blue wing. Dumb ass) Every one is okay, with only minor injuries. She had just left the Woodward Dream Cruise. Looks bad, feels worse. Sorry Ma.

Magnum charger will try to pm Bennyhemibird see what info he got .I looked up on my own from old wingcar club list 2B5 superbirds from MI one is Terry Anderson Kent City MI 174606 and 166250 Jim Unger Coopersville Mi.Havent confirmed 1 of the 2 are the Woodward crashed bird .Just 2 I found from that area and B5

A guy on Cuda-Challenger owns that one. If I remember correct, he was on the freeway and a semi merged and he had to swerve and ended up hitting the median than going through a fence. It's getting fixed....
