What blocks are the same for a 69 440, which years interchange with no problems? Thanks

not quite sure what you are asking , any 440 block will bolt in where a 440 was , add to that anyy B block will also , so 350,361,383,400,413,426,& 440 after about 62 , some early blocks had different belhousing flanges , part that swap  between all B engines include mounts ,starters ,heads,exhaust manifolds ..... parts that will only swap between all RB blocks , intakes , dist ,

I HAVE A 69 AND IT CAME WITH A 70 ENGINE. wANT TO BUILD ONE AND USE WHAT i CAN OFF THE 70 (ALREADY BORED TO LIMIT) .Sorry  for the caps,Thanks

I believe you will find that the 440 was offfered from 66 to 78.  There are differences in these from year to year but any of them could be used as far as the block is concerned.  Look at the 440 Source website under their technical info and you can find a nice tutorial on the differences in the 440 blocks from year to year.

Everything on that 70 will fit on a 69 block....or any year 440 block for that matter.
