reminds me of a dealer.  went to buy a used van for the new family and was driving it around and asked if it had air conditioning (i had never had a car with air prior to this) and he pointed to the dash and said "see the red and blue areas on that dial??  the blue means air conditioning"  idiot i was didn't try it, who needs air in December in Colorado?  bought the van though, and never went to that dealership again
