I posted a pic of it from our weekly cruise-in on the 'Chargers in the Wild' thread, but forgot I had these pix from when I saw him a couple months back.

The owner bought it off eBay.

As he told the guys at the cruise-in he had cancer at the time he found it, and figured he wanted the car of his dreams before he kicked the bucket. 

All the electroluminescent stuff works, just wants to find himself a decklid spoiler.

Still has the 383, but he's not a hood lifter. 

Hope we see more of him out there, but the heat is really hard on him.

Told him about the site though.

Yeah, it's definitely a head turner. 

As he put it, there's some work that needs to be done.

He's happy though, and really, that's all that matters.

Nice, couldn't ask for a better backdrop than the conoco for that 66!
