I have a 383  I'm pulling out of my Charger and the intake manifold is stamped 8-22-69 BZC 2951670-1 and the exhaust manifolds are stamped 6-27-69 2951865-2 (Driver side) and 2899876 (Passenger Side) and engine block is so grease covered I can't read the code, I guess I'll add that when the engine is pulled.

From what I can tell so far is, that it is kind of a frankensteined engine? If I have read decoders right the the Intake Man. is off a 2bbl 70-71 E body, possibly R/T and the driver side Exhaust Man. is off a 70-71 B or C body and the passenger side Exhaust Man. is off a 70-73 Big Block

:shruggy: any expert help with this?

I'm not really great with decoding and I'm going off what I've found online

I can't make heads or tails of two of your casting numbers.  Your RH exhaust manifold number is only one digit off, but your intake # seems a little weird... pickup truck maybe?   :shruggy:   Here's what the little white books say should be in place on an early '70s 383 (these are casting numbers not part numbers):

2951666 - 383  70-71   B/C/E   Intake manifold (single 4bbl)

2951865 - 383 & 440  70-71  B/E   Exhaust Manifold LH (383-2, 383/440-4 & 440-6)

2899879 - 383 & 440  70-71  B/E   Exhaust Manifold RH (383-2, 383/440-4 & 440-6)

Hope this helps

I'm wondering which decoder lumped the 383-2 along with the 383/440HP.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.
