Does anyone make a PVC valve the goes onto the valve cover like the cap?

Never saw one that turned in and locked. However if I remember seeing some on six cylinders the slid down over the oil filler tube on the valve cover  and was held in by a spring clip. Don't remember the model its been over 30 years.
