I have a 68 383 bare block and found a 71 383 complete I wanna put the crank and other the other parts in my 68 block is there any difference between the two that would stop me from doing this.

Not really, however be aware that the 71 2bbl 383 is the only CAST crank 383 engine. All the others are forged cranks.
