Hi All,

Just want to confirm what I think. The long one on the bottom is part number 3595194 for a '71 according to the part number service guide. The top one part number 3464432 is supposed to be for a '72.

So my question is do I use the top one if I am going with the R/T taillights? I'm wondering if the '72 Rallye also uses the bottom one as well?

Appreciate any input, thanks Alan.

as far I know long is 73/74, short is 71/72

ALTHOUGHT long could be used  to 72 standard lights too and short for rallyes ?. Not sure. I never have dissasembled a 72 bumper. I know I removed the short one from a 71 locally and all 71s down here got louvered tail lights

Thanks for the info Nacho, I can't remember which one I took off my '72 SE and I know I had also bought one for a 71 bumper but couldn't remember which was which.

3464432 is the '71 Part Number - All styles of Tail Light - It would have been argent.
3595194 is the '72 Part NUmber - For "w/o Tail Lamp Dress up" - Std and SE Tail lights - also used on '73 & '74
3595199 is the '72 Part NUmber - For "w/ Tail Lamp Dress up" - R/T Tail Lights - Painted Black (hence the different part number from the '71)

Clear as mud... use the short one.
