I have that beat... I have one in my auto on the floor bird...I needed that panel and found a good buy on one with the light...I was even thinking of hooking it up

  i have plenty of caulk i can send you to fill up that hole

Don't you hate when people put the caulk in places that it shouldn't be?  Especially family.  I try to keep my caulk in it's proper place... but every once in a while it gets outta hand and I've got to stop what I'm doing and clean up the mess.
