Hey guys,
I was going through my show photos when I got home, I have heard of a broadcast sheet for this car. Does anyone know the owner?

Thanks!

Barry

Update! - One of the members on Moparts recognized the car & knew the owner, so he put me in contact with him. I just put him in contact with the people that found his broadcast sheet in their car.

If feels great when it happens.

Thanks go out to Ed for the help!

I did not recall seeing it there before, so I snapped a few pictures including the fender tag. When I got home I checked the Registry database & had a 'hit'.

Every once in awhile someone gets lucky.  :2thumbs:

If they actually take the time to register, I do not have to hunt them down though.  :scratchchin:

I had the pleasure to reunite a wrong BS I found in my AAR back up with the car it belonged to,the owner was very happy, had him send me some pics of the car,and numbers to prove he had it.He asked me what I wanted for it,said nothing, and sent it to him.Later that week I got a hand  written thank you letter ,and he stuck a $100 bill in there with it! Hope someone turns up with mine someday.

Have you registered? If not see http://www.hamtramck-historical.com/register.shtml

The 1970 Hamtramck Registry includes all AAR Cudas & I picked up 8 more AAR broadcast sheets while in PA last month.

I had to buy them, but they are still free too the owners of the cars. If any of them want to reimburse me I will gladly take it though.

And go figure,I parted out a 1972 318 Cuda, and it had its orig BS!!!!! Which I still have.

I have a lot of cars recorded & I do not always make the connection to them via forum screen names. So.....

Email with the last six digits of the VIN & I can double check it that way for you.  :yesnod:

Wow!!!Good memory!!!!! Yes,when I bought the car in 02 there was another interested party that stole the tags off once he found out he was not gettting the car and would'nt give them up.I had AG backeast, here in CT at that time ,make me the new ones. Then years later just scrolling through ebay under AAR Cuda, boom there was my tag with the last six #'s cut off.I knew it was mine from the location of the seller and obviously what the tag showed.Did'nt say a thing, waited till end of auction, bid something like $400.00 because of other  people bidding on it,and won it for only $43.00.When I received it,now in hand ,when you look very close where they snipped it,they missed the top of all the numbers by about 1/16",you can see my correct numbers right on it.Yes,that was like getting hit by lightning!!!Can't beleive I just happened to stumble on it that particular week.If I would never had checked, someone else would be having that tag right now.
