Twenty years old and one day home from Vietnam.  I found a used, red 66, 383 four speed in the local paper.   Drove it for about a year.  Sold it to get married.  Twenty three years later, in a mid life crisis, I went looking for another.  It sort of got out of control.

How many Chargers do you have????

sold a bunch of star wars toys and other geek stuff on ebay,

That stuff is probably worth a fortune now!  :eek2:

actually a lot of junk to be honest, stuff that was hot at the time and I had bought for not much/retail. it's funny though, 'cause if I wanted to get some of that back, I totally could. But I like having the space and extra money to funnel right back to the car when a gremlin pops up hahaha.

E5 Charger

I was 16 in 1976 when I bought a 74 Charger for $1800. I still have it!

bmoparmofo

I was 16, bought it in september of 86 for 350.00 . Missing interior, drivetrain etc... I did save it as it was going to have the front clip cut off of it and sold. My brother in law told me about it and we got there as he was wheeling the torches over to it. He said he had the clip sold for 300.00 . My brother in law said, he has 350.00 and you never have to touch it again. He took it and we had it towed home. It is actually pretty solid. The guy showed up for the front clip as we were leaving with the tow truck. Close call! Still have it, still sitting in the garage here now 25 years later. :brickwall: I have collected most of the parts, still need to put money in it though. Alas, the never ending house payment.....
