I think you would need to be in tight with someone in law enforcement to get an actual address.  If you have the ip of the person e-mail then you would be able to narrow it down to an area on your own but that is about all.
Of course I'm not a true techy guy so you may want to do a google search and see what you come up with.

You will nned to utilize a few different websites to get all the info but if you really want to stalk that person you will have to do a bit of work.

It's simple to track an ip address especially if it's static but that will only take you to the domain level. You can easily find the physical address and all other public info on that domain but you need to have a court order to get any other info on the individual unless you can get  someone to give you the info at the domain level, that's quite ilegal though without a court order. We get instant termination and all legal responsibility if we divulge any info without legal orders.
Also, on Yahoo, AOL and other such very wide networks it get's a little harder to actually track the physical location (city) of a person.
On some freebie accounts (Yahoo) people are stupid enough to actually supply too much info and can be tracked that way.

If you know the persons real name and any other info then it's much easier to track, this is partly why I never use my real name in any email.  Email headers can actually give tons of info.
I've tracked down old friends etc via regular Google searches, Classmates.com and many other places you may not think of normally even with initially zero to go on.
It's much easier than people think but not usually via the ip address method although you can begin there.
