Thanks Bob! Had it since the early 1980s, used to drive it as a 2x4bbl 440, 727 and 4.10 rear.  Picked up my NOW wife from high school in it!
It's gonna be next on my list, I haven't had a place to work on it for years so it got put on a back burner, but I have a place to work on stuff now, so full speed ahead, I hope!!  ;)

I LOVE the hot rods! Especially with an engine like THAT!!  :drool5: Beautiful!

Nice lookin' pair of bow ties.  :2thumbs:   May I ask what size wheels?

Is the wife's Jeep an SRT?

Thanks...the jeep is an Overland with 20" wheels.  Got it in December, no SRT at that timer I would have gotten one.

Here's the 68 Firebird Sprint vert I built for the wife. Has the Sprint Overhead Cam 6 cyl 4bb.  I added PS PDB, and AC.  I should of sold it last week instead of my 69 Coronet RT that's in the pic next to the Sbird clone.  The first one is my Bird project as it is currently in the rough.

Sweet, a Firebird Sprint 6, how many did they make?  I have only seen 2 of those in the past.

my other classic is a 1977 AMC Pacer. purchased from original owner with 30K miles. car was daily driver until January 2011, appears as if came from showroom. I worked for both Chrysler and AMC Styling and have a history with both my Charger and the AMC. The Pacer is a fun car, it gets more attention at a car show than most anything else.

I'd love to see a Pacer drag car!  My Father bought a purple Gremlin during the gas crisis of the 70's...he absolutely hated that car...especially because the drivers window kept falling out of its track.  He traded it in on sharp Green/ white interior 74 Buick Century which he also ended up hating because it lacked drip rails and used to dump water in his lap when it rained.  The Buick quickly gave way to a 75 Camaro with a four speed.  Then my Mother made him get rid of that because we kids could barely ride in the back.  The next ride was a used 75 T-bird.
