What is the factory correct color (black or chrome) for the interior door lock push/pull buttons on a '68 Charger?

Majority are color matched to the door panel.

I thought they were chrome in 68 and went to color keyed in 1969?

You might be right.
The list in the parts book only has blue,red,chrome as used on the 29 Sports hardtop line.
I should have looked there first.
