Rear end almost done 69 RT

Hi!
My 69 Rt rear end almost done.
But i have some questions, the Tail Light Panel Reinforcements small metal pieces, any good picture or measuring where they shall be installed?
I also wonder if the rear valance should be welded in under into the rear frame rail?
And can someone give me a picture showing the rear trunk lock panel installed, if i understand it right it should be closer to the right hand tail light frame. correct?
And those valance corners, i cant understand they can sell those, we had to modify them like hell before we got the lines perfect.

Thats done???Or just temperary with 2 welds on the end panel?? The lower rear valance does'nt have two metal tabs like factory that weld to strucutre behind ??

No no just two point to measure the trunk and all gaps, then all spot welds.
Yes, thats what i mean, i dont know if the rear valance should be welded under the car onto the rear frame rail.
