just been watching that on the news !! ,    what   makes these people do stuff like this !!  showed a picture of him also !! & his a fellow country man ,  never hear any violence & stuff coming out of your country !  , sad tragic

The shooter is being described in all the media as "right wing", which may be the case here, but the majority of these types of wackos are "left leaning", and you never hear that description in the media.

It is a fact that the guy is a stone cold f***ing nuts and calls himself a cultural conservative. He seems to think that Marxism is the root of all evil, adores Geert Wilders and believes Ayaan Hirsi Ali should win the Nobel peace prize, all of this are clues to the fact that the guy is a bit of a nut. I have skimmed through his 1500 something page "testament" called "2083 - A European Declaration of Independence" and if you write a testament and include 7 full page foto's of yourself at the end of your testament you are somewhat of a narcissist and I will not take anything you say seriously. Making any reference to being either right or left-wing is irrelevant. These people are so far off the scale that they have fallen off any political wing whatsoever.

Yes and no, they can put him in jail for 21 years, and then there's an psycic evaluation which can place him in custody untill he's deemed safe for society.. Which is basically the same as jail...
Anyhow I seriously doubt he'll ever be let loose on the streets again..
