During the body work phase on my 69 Charger the rear crossmember was replaced.  Now the car is painted and I went to install the reverse lights today only to find that the wiring leads from them hit the rear crossmember, and the lights will not sit flush on the valance.  Is the crossmember supposed to have holes in it behind the reverse light openings to allow room for the wiring pigtail? :shruggy:

Yes there should be holes. Is it a homemade panel or a repop?

68 383 auto with a/c and power windows. Now 440 4 speed jj1 gold black interior .
My Charger is a hybrid car, it burns gas and rubber............

It's a repop, and apparently not an accurate one.

Thanx,

Is there a difference between 68-69 crossmembers? The valence and crossmember should have matching holes.I was thinking maybe you got a 68 instead of a 69. :Twocents:
