Choke on nonstock intake

I'm thinking a switching my stock intake with a CH4B, but am a little confused on how to work a choke with it, using my stock AVS.   There is no hole for the stock "divorced" choke on the Eddy, so do I have to switch to:

(a) not a stock carb
(b) an electric choke
(c) a manual choke
(d) no choke at all

With the minimal HP gains on the intake switch, maybe I should just keep the stock set-up and avoid all the trouble.

Get rid of the choke....IMO all it does is foul plugs

Before i started the resto i used my 73 almost all year, even in the dead of winter with no choke. All you need to do is feather the throttle for a bit to keep her running, once you get it going shell stay running with no problem. I removed the choke all together on my holley and with the new engine build it uses a race proform carb with no choke.
