Acid dipping in or near maryland?

I have some surface ruse in some hard to get places, like in the cowl just under the window. the car had paint burned off from a fire. So Id like to dip it to get in there and everywhere else  I cant get to like behind the rear quarters. Does anyone know where I could get it done at? and Id like to get it primer dipped as well to get it all sealed up after. I know it costs alot but I think its worth it with all the hard work that going into it.
