note the chart... names are like Comp cams pieces... specs/description looks pretty much similar in some cases too... am I wrong ?

No, I think you're right, those cams are made by Comp Cams.

so now we have the same grinds than ANY OTHER CAR instead some Mopar exclusive under the Mopar brand... thats niiiice, HUH ?

Have they thought on the price, being same grind from ORIGINAL manufacturer mostly sure cheaper than MP prices ?

The MP grinds have been behind the times for a while now so I suppose the fact that Fiat is keeping an MP catalog around at all is enough of a miracle.  Never mind investing money in R&D for antiques. ;)
If it helps, the original Hustle Stuff catalogs had a lot of parts sourced through other vendors.

whatever is true, I would like to keep old grinds for old fashion builts. and in fact rerun the old "hemi" grind from 80s to BB
