how if non AC cars top alt bracket is with two holes according with BB or RB engine, why AC cars are not ?

The alt brackets that have the upper 2 holes on the left top of the bracket something like 1/2" apart is universal to both B & Rb & it will work on both the B & RB series engines... The B-engine only bracket will not work on the RB it's too narrow and the RB-engine only bracket will not work on a B-engine it's too wide, but you can drill it for use on a narrower B-engine... I'm assuming you all ready knew that...

yeap of course, all because the raised block, but why AC cars, didn't ?

If you don't know, AC cars use a diff bracket due the dif bolt location on water pump housing, an they are not like non AC cars bracket with both options on same bracket

A/C cars needed to reposition the alternator for belt alignment, the triangular bracket setup doesn't allow the alternator to go any further back.
