Hii all, i am planning to put a set of genuine satin centrelines on my 68 Charger, hoping to go 15x5 for the front and 15x10 for the rear.
The fronts are no problem but from experience does anyone know how wide i can go on the rear? and also what offset can i go?
I dont want to change much on it.. (eg mini tubs etc) as the car has already got the magnum 500 wheels, which i will occasionaly put back on for shows.

Hey,

Is your car a 2nd gen Charger? I ask this because mine is and I'm running 15x8's in the rear w/4.5" back spacing and 15x7's in the front.Tires are 275/15 60 rear, 235/60 15 front. No prblems and the rear set sit perfectly centered in the wheel well.

I would run 1/2 the wheel width for all backspacing, i.e. 15x10 = 5" b.s.

think the most used back space for a 15x10 wheel with a 295 tire  on a second generation  is a  five & half inch (5.5)     :shruggy:  but don't quote me on this , there are a number of guys on here with that size out back ! they might see this thread & chime in !
can't remember for sure when i measured mine with a percys wheelrite thingy coupe of years back  for a 10 inch rear wheel  just out of curiosity ! but i was going  with 15 x 8 all round ,
Feel free to post any relevant picture you think we all might like to see in the threads below!

That's what my Bro runs on his '69. Fits great.
