Question for the Charger rebuilders

Hey guys, workin on my 69 and been lookin for a way to fix the rust in the rear window corners and along the bottom of the rear windows.....looked at year one and the offer corners for b bodys except charger, whats the best way to fix it, thanks :scratchchin:

You should be able to patch up the bottom portion of the window but if it's too rusty....

Dont buy replacement sail panels from anyone except www.chargerspecialties.com  he makes them from year one and you can get them atleast $100 cheaper, and he will tell you when he will be able to stamp them, unlike the people he supplies

i did buy a roof skin from amd, roof part was great, the down turns for the a pillar were kind of twisted compare to the way my car was put together, and the drivers side rear drip rail had to be stretched and trimmed to fit, passenger side rear was a perfect fit though

We just made a patch out of some ol' sheel metal...would be great to get a "drop in" replacement

it's important to make some templates so you can match the various curvatures as you fit the patches in.

Not to rusty at all, i will post pictures tomorrow, thanks for the help, so if i purchase sail panels that will take care of the sides, basically they weld to the into the window track on each side
