-68 Charger bleeding brake problem

Hi guys!

I was out cruising in my -68, when I suddently lost almost all of my brakes!
When checking what the problem could be, I found that one of the nipples for airing (bleeding?) the brakefluid was lose.
This was on my left front wheel. Have drumbrakes. Tried to replace it with a new, but it seems that the threads in the drum has been damaged.
The nipple just keeps going round and round. Does anyone have a tip for how to fix this? Could make new threads in the drum, but will I then find a nipple that will fit?
If I have to replace the drum, I think I would rather convert to diskbrakes. Does anyone have any tips on where to buy and what kit would be best?

you could possibly get a slightly bleed nipple  & re tap the appropriate thread in the wheel cylinder , but  it needs coming off & dismantling ! to do the job !  at least if your trying to do it properly !
just as easy to get a new wheel cylinder , if it were me

I didn't actually know that I just could change the wheel cylinder!

Thats just a 25$ part, much less than I feared.

I would inspect the other 3 wheel cylinders and replace them if they look questionable.
