I picked that up from a Chinese restaurant that was closing about 10 years ago in Westfield, NJ, they were retiring.  I was buying their 100 gal fish tank and asked if I could look around the kitchen and that bad boy was sitting on the counter.  They let me have it for $5.

Here's my cooker I built. Uses wood and charcoal. Almost all 11gauge stainless.  Had a double pig, chicken, and oyster cookout at Hell Hole Swamp for my work group and some friends.  Bought the brass piggy bank on ebay and drilled some holes in the snout so he snorts smoke when things get cookin    I'm on the right and my buddy on the left.  He's got a similar grill he built

Hey oldcarnut whats with the skinny's on your mmmmmeat wagon? you need at least 265/15 on that and diff rims too!

Bob T

Damn, I'm hungry again too     , man that smoked meat looks tasty.

Good setups guys :2thumbs:   :2thumbs:
A mate of mine has built an ali skinned caravan with a multi rack smoker cupboard on it as well, and can tow it while a smoke is in progress, and then serve up out of the front. He catered one of our Mopar Runs last year, the crowd loved it.  His Father used to be "The Guy" for smoking Marlin and Gamefish but handed the trays on.

Actually, I did have some nice alum rims and white letter tires for it  :icon_smile_cool: but it put the grill too high for serving.  I had to make a drop axle to get it where it is now.  I used the rims and spindles like whats on a boat or heavy utility trailer.

Man that thing would be the ticket.  Could you imagine what it would be like stuck in traffic behind that and smelling the food cooking ummm ummm  :yesnod:.  I cook a hog for our Mopar Club Christmas parties.  Would like to try serving at a car show one day but the State regs and getting a permit would be a hassle.
